Village Records, Mary Gauthier, Slaid Cleaves, Gurf Morlix, Sam Baker, Bob Delevante, Amanda Shires, Greg Trooper, Antje Duvekot, Meg Hutchinson, Brother Henry, Stephen Simmons and Rod Picott have joined together to release a wonderful compilation CD titled The Bridge. The profits from sales of the cd will go to a shelter in Boston called Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

All the songs on the cd are unreleased, alternate takes, live recordings and unavailable anywhere else. This labor of love has resulted in a beautiful collection of songs that stands as strongly as an album as the songs do individually.
